Do you provide the domain name for my website/app?
No. We believe you should always maintain control of your own domain name. Your domain name is important to your business we recommend Namecheap, bravehost.net, or godaddy.com if you don't already have a domain name.

What's the difference between 'Auto' & 'Self Manage'?
Self Manage is a one time fee, you manage your site content and updates yourself after your site is built. Auto Manage is a monthly fee, we manage your site content and updates for you automatically. Just tell us what changes you need and we will manage those changes for you.

What if I need more pages/store items?
We can add additional pages/store items up to your 'Auto Manage' plan limit at no additional charge.

How quickly can you make updates to my website?
After your website is live, basic updates and content revisions will be completed within 5 business days or sooner. New pages and addition of new features may take longer depending on the complexity of the request.

What Is Auto Manage?
We will take care of the hosting, technical updates, maintenance, content updates, support and security at a single affordable monthly price.

Is there any limit to the amount of changes on "Auto Manage Packages"?
There is no limit. However, to prevent abuse, we allow a maximum of one hour of updates per website, per day. Any tasks that remain incomplete will be resumed the following business day.
